Additional Information
1. It is unlawful to permit alcohol of any kind to be brought onto the premises of a licensed establishment
Any guest in violation of this law will be removed from the course without a refund of fees. Timber Trace reserves the right to refuse any guest service of alcoholic beverages and under no circumstances will serve alcohol to a minor. Players may need to produce identification both in the clubhouse and on the course.
2. Timber Trace does not allow outside beverages including alcohol into the banquet area. A Timber Trace employee must serve all alcohol beverages.
3. All food and beverages must be purchased through Timber Trace. Final numbers for any food and beverage requests must be confirmed ten days prior to the event. It will be assumed that unless other arrangements are made, the number of dinner guests will equal the number of confirmed golfers for the event if a meal is to be served. For health and safety reasons, food and beverage not consumed are not permitted to leave the premises.
4. Our facility cannot be responsible for the damage or loss of any merchandise or personal articles left on the premises prior, during or following the function.
5. Smoking is not permitted inside the clubhouse.
